Information we collect

Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our website.

As a visitor, you can browse our website to find out more about our services. You are not required to provide us with any personal identifiable information as a visitor to the website.

If you choose to get in touch with us through our online ‘Contact us’ form or the online worker application form then we will only send the data from within these forms if you have explicitly ticked the consent checkbox. The data is processed over HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) which encrypts the form submission data from the website, to the server and back again. The data processed from the form is then emailed to jobs@littywoodfarm.com. We do not store your data other than receiving it as an email. We do not use this data in relation to any third party processors.

We keep your data within the email that is received until we no longer deem it necessary to keep it on record. Upon request we can completely remove this data from our records and / or hand this data over to you. Please contact our Data Protection Officer to request this.

Google Analytics data collection

We use Google Analytics to track visitors to this website. From this tracking we can see how visitors use our website through tracking page visits as well as how many users we have on the website.
